Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to generate leads, engage with potential customers, and support the sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales, with excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Escalate customer concerns or queries to the appropriate team when required.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–10 years in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Candidates with a sales or telemarketing background are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation and customer handling.
- Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
