Experience: 1 to 5 years’ experience in frozen food will be preferred
Location: Karjan, Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary Range: 2.5 to 3.5 lakhs
Job Description:
1. Perform quality control checks and generate QC logs and reports for incoming raw material and outgoing products to ensure that they meet quality and food safety criteria set by company or legislative board.
2. Perform sensory evaluation for incoming material to ensure its quality
3. Compile QC logs and its related documents & make summary of outcome of QC work done so next line of action/corrective action to be decided for improvements.
4. Coordinate and supports in external audits.
5. Have a ability to resolves any food safety compliance issues/customer complaints by conducting proper root cause analysis
6. Excellent knowledge of HACCP, Food safety, TACCP, Food defence, Personal hygiene, GMP norms, Allergen management, Danger zone of temperature, factor affecting frozen food process etc.…
7. Inspection of equipment’s, machinery and plant area for hygiene standards.
8. Should have a working knowledge of sanitation and its verification activities like concentration, holding time and factor affecting sanitation activities.
9. Have a knowledge of making new SOPs
10. Should have a knowledge in product specification, description and COA based on nature of the product.
11. Should have the knowledge in contamination/hazard possibilities in various area like warehouse, production, freezer or packing area and based on that he/she has ability to solve the non-conformances.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
