Position: Sales Consultant
Location: South, New Delhi
Role:
- Proactively manage and schedule appointments for walk‑in and HNI clients, with a focus on maximizing conversion opportunities.
- Drive a higher volume of qualified appointments to directly accelerate revenue growth.
- Coordinate client visits and deliver a seamless, premium service experience that builds long‑term relationships.
- Maintain accurate appointment records, track follow‑ups, and ensure timely client engagement to boost repeat business.
- Support billing and after‑sales coordination, ensuring upsell and cross‑sell opportunities are captured.
Profile:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in client coordination, appointment handling, or sales process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proven ability to engage high‑net‑worth customers with professionalism and a consultative approach.
- Organized, target‑driven, and motivated personality with a passion for achieving sales goals.
