Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
* Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
* Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 6 months- 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT or Non IT).
* Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in job portals and recruitment tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
