As an QAQC Manager , you will lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities across assigned projects. This role will ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable codes throughout project execution.
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in QA/QC management within EPC or construction projects, strong knowledge of quality management systems and inspection processes, and the ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a QAQC Manager to join our team in Bangkok Office, Thailand
The role responsibilities include:
· Lead implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (QMS)
· Review and approve quality documentation, including procedures, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
· Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and construction verification processes
· Manage and oversee inspection and testing activities for construction, fabrication, and installation works
· Establish and manage Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system and drive corrective actions
· Monitor QA/QC documentation, including inspection/test records (ITRs) and final turnover dossiers (MDR)
· Conduct internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
· Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders on quality matters
· Ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet project quality requirements
· Promote a strong quality culture across project teams
What you’ll have
· Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline
· Extensive QA/QC experience in EPC, oil & gas, pipeline, refinery, or power projects
· Proven experience in a QA/QC Manager role on large-scale construction projects
· Strong knowledge of QMS, ITP/ITR, MDR, and QA/QC processes
· Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Welding Inspector, NDT Level II) are highly regarded
· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a project environment
