- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with orthopedic trauma and elective musculoskeletal conditions.
- Perform orthopedic surgical procedures under appropriate supervision.
- Assist consultants during complex surgical operations.
- Manage inpatient and outpatient orthopedic services.
- Participate in trauma calls, emergency surgeries, and on-call rotations.
- Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and postoperative care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and radiologists.
- Supervise and teach junior doctors, interns, and medical students.
- Participate in clinical audits, morbidity and mortality meetings, and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
- Engage in continuing professional development and specialty training.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
