Hiring – HR Manager
Location: Nagpur
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in the Beverages Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance across PAN India offices.
- Oversee payroll inputs and coordinate payroll processing.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws.
- Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and MIS.
Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of attendance management, payroll processes, recruitment, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple locations and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in policy formulation and implementation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
