UI/UX Designer
Location: Dehradun
Experience: 2-4 Years
Key responsibilities:
- Design low and high fidelity wireframes, visual designs, and interactions aligned with user stories and modules, for web, email, and apps across mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Ensure consistency and standardization in design
- Take user centred design approach
- Present wireframes to stakeholders, defend design decisions, utilize feedback and improve deliverables iteratively
- Run design sprints to help define solutions for user problems
- Work with the Engineering team to ensure fit-and-finish polish for each sprint
- Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to understand project requirements, target audience, key messaging, and translate them into compelling visual solutions
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications/platforms
- Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Illustrator, Figma etc. Experience of HTML/CSS/JS are a plus
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking, ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred, but we'll consider your application even if you're a self-taught design pro
- Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
- A strong portfolio
