We are a Die Casting company with VMC/CNC machining facilities.
The person hired would be responsible for Managing entire machining operations of the company including Programming, Setting and Maintenance of all VMC machines, improvement of OEE and cost control. Responsible for VMC man power, training and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Must be an expert at machining and running operations
- Responsible for efficient factory layout, selection of new machines
- Ability to estimate cycle time for NPD
- Improvement of OEE is a must by optimizing tool paths and cycle times
- Cost control and cutting, responsible for tool costing and maintenance
- Must be able to use CAD/CAM Software to create the VMC program for VMC Machines, able to debugging and troubleshooting the programs to ensure that they run efficiently and produce right quality parts.
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings. And understand the required part geometry, dimensions, and tolerances, and able to create program and produce the part according to the technical drawings, and specification.
- Must have the good knowledge in selection of appropriate cutting tools, and Maintenance
- Must have knowledge of hydraulic Machining fixtures and Maintenance
- Must have the knowledge of VMC Machines Maintenance
- Must be able to Work efficiently with other team members
- Must have the knowledge of ISO/IATF documentation
- Ensure 5S in machine shop
Eligibility
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ Experience as a machine shop head
- Must know VMC/CNC Programing and design.
- Must Know Hindi English and Kannada.
