Role overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining end-to-end web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be strong in React JS and React Native on the frontend, with solid experience in Python based backend development, databases and deployment on AWS. You will work closely with product manager, product design, product analytics, tech and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing solutions.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
* Develop, document and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and Node.js.
* Design, develop and maintain responsive web applications using React JS.
* Design and work with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) including schema design and queries.
* Implement authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth) and ensure application security best practices.
* Integrate frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless data flow and API integration.
* Optimize applications (frontend and backend) for performance, scalability and reliability.
* Set up and maintain basic CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment.
* Deploy and operate applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.), including basic monitoring and troubleshooting.
* Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and architecture/design decisions.
* Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems across the stack.
* Collaborate with product managers, product designers, product analytics, engineers and QA to deliver features end-to-end.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Qualifications:
* Solid experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
* Hands-on experience with Python and Node.js for backend development (Express/NestJS or similar frameworks).
* Strong hands-on experience with React JS, including hooks, component-based architecture and state management.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript and good understanding of modern frontend tooling.
* Experience integrating and designing RESTful APIs including error handling and versioning.
* Practical experience with at least one database (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB), including schema design and query optimization.
* Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive UI development.
* Experience with state management tools (Redux / Context API / similar).
* Familiarity with Git and standard branching/version control practices.
* Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway or similar.
* Experience with basic CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.).
* Understanding of application security fundamentals (OWASP basics, secure API usage).
Good to Have (Preferred):
* Experience on both frontend and backend.
* Experience with Python for scripts, services, or data-related tasks.
* Experience with GraphQL (Apollo/Relay) for API development and consumption.
* Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of performance optimization techniques across frontend (lazy loading, memorization) and backend (caching, query optimization).
* Experience with logging, monitoring and APM tools (CloudWatch, New Relic, Datadog, etc.).
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based delivery.
* Prior experience in healthcare/health-tech or other regulated domains is a plus.
Testing & quality:
* Experience writing unit and integration tests for frontend and backend.
* Familiarity with code quality tools (ESLint, Prettier, SonarQube or similar).
* Ability to own features end-to-end: requirement understanding, technical design, implementation, testing and production support.
Soft skills:

* Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: ₹380,435.24 - ₹1,133,263.33 per year
