- School Visits: Schedule and conduct visits to schools within the assigned territory to introduce and explain the company's services.
- Service Presentation: Deliver clear, engaging, and professional presentations about the company’s offerings like robotics, coding & skill lab setup, tailored to the needs of each school.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and key decision-makers.
- Needs Assessment: Understand the unique challenges and goals of each school to position the company's services as a valuable solution.
- Follow-Up: Provide follow-up support to schools after meetings, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in the company’s CRM system and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational challenges to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
