Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with security
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
2. Communication Handling
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Respond to emails and inquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers
3. Administrative Support
- Maintain files, records, and office documents
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Coordinate meeting rooms and office arrangements
4. Mail & Courier Management
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Manage outgoing couriers and maintain records
5. Office Coordination
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
- Support events, meetings, and guest arrangements
6. Customer Service
- Handle complaints and queries efficiently
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Problem-solving and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in front office / receptionist role
- Freshers can also apply (depending on organization)
