Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads interested in overseas employment.
- Understand candidates’ education, experience, skills, and preferred country.
- Explain suitable overseas job opportunities and available processes.
- Guide candidates on eligibility, documentation, application procedures, and next steps.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates until conversion.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Coordinate with recruitment and visa-processing teams.
- Keep candidates updated on their application and process status.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly follow-up and conversion targets.
Key skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling calls and customer interactions.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, recruitment, or immigration services is an advantage.
