· Organising mobilisation drives while supporting the Community Resource Persons (CRP) in their outreach work in the respective clusters.
· Strategizing the outreach plan for mobilization of 4-5 Clusters targeting 750 youth & adults during the project duration
· Facilitate on boarding of the mobilised youth & adult in the technology platform who fulfils the eligibility criteria and ensure that the documentary validation is in place.
· Support programme participants to navigate through the technology platform and finish the end to end process so that they are directed towards the next step.
· Build positive relationships with youth and motivate individuals to achieve defined targets of taking up short/long duration course and work.
· Follow standard operating processes correctly and use Magic Bus specific tools and methods of working consistently.
· Excellent team worker with strong oral and written communication skills including good level of professional Hindi/local language and English
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
