Position: GST Specialist – Litigation & Refunds
Vertax Partners is looking for a committed GST professional with strong expertise in litigation, refund matters and legal drafting.
Key requirements:
* Minimum two years of relevant experience in GST litigation and refunds
* CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate qualified
* Expert knowledge of GST law, rules, notifications, circulars and judicial precedents
* Strong drafting skills for replies, appeals, submissions and legal representations
* Up to date with recent GST amendments and developments
* Strong research, analytical and case-handling abilities
* Passionate about protecting clients’ interests and resolving complex GST matters
* Responsible, detail-oriented and committed to professional excellence
The selected candidate will work on GST notices, departmental proceedings, appeals, refund applications, legal research, reconciliations and client advisory matters.
Salary: Based on qualifications, experience and performance in the interview.
