We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Admissions & Sales Manager to lead our counselling and admissions team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in sales management and team performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute admission and sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Drive student acquisition and increase conversion rates
- Identify business growth opportunities and new lead generation channels
- Monitor sales pipelines and optimize conversion processes
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage counselling and sales staff
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching programs
- Set KPIs and evaluate team performance
- Motivate team members to achieve targets
Lead Management & Conversion
- Supervise and monitor incoming leads from multiple channels
- Improve lead nurturing and follow-up processes
- Handle high-priority or difficult cases personally
- Ensure timely communication with prospective students and parents
- Develop strategies to improve lead-to-enrollment ratios
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain and analyze CRM reports and sales dashboards
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with operations, admissions, and marketing teams
- Ensure smooth student onboarding processes
Relationship Management
- Build relationships with schools, institutes, and referral partners
- Attend education events, workshops, and promotional activities
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
