Urgent Hiring of Kitchen Helper - MALES ONLY !
Location: Sector 59, Mohali, Punjab
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (12 hours/day)
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform machine work only (meat cutting machines, packaging machines) – no cooking involved
- Package food items properly using packaging machines
- Clean kitchen stations, utensils, equipment, and floors after use
- Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, and maintain overall kitchen sanitation
- Handle basic unpacking and sorting of meat/poultry deliveries
- Follow food safety & hygiene standards for non-veg/meat handling
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen (fresher not acceptable)
- Previous experience with meat/poultry handling preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards, especially for meat handling
- Familiarity with kitchen machines (cutting, packaging)
- Physical stamina to work 12-hour shifts
- Punctual, obedient, and able to follow instructions
- 10th passed preferred
