Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD/CAM Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, and CNC-ready CAM programs for production. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software, manufacturing processes, and CNC machining to ensure high-quality and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Generate CAM programs for CNC machining, laser cutting, or other manufacturing processes.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
- Optimize tool paths and machining strategies to improve production efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Modify existing designs based on customer requirements or engineering changes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturing specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and design records.
- Troubleshoot design and machining issues to improve productivity and reduce material wastage.
- Support new product development and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
