Job description : Digitex is looking for a Full- time Upwork Bidder who can join our Team of experts and enhance our client experience.
1.Manage and optimize our official Upwork profile for maximum visibility and credibility.
2.Identify and bid on relevant projects across web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing categories.
3.Write compelling, tailored proposals that highlight our expertise and align with client requirements.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
5.Collaborate with internal teams to understand project scope, timelines, and deliverables for accurate proposal submissions.
6.Track, analyze, and report performance metrics related to bidding and conversion rates.
Required Candidate profile :1.Proven experience in winning projects on Upwork in the IT services domain.
2.Strong portfolio of successful proposals and closed deals on Upwork.
3.Exceptional written communication skills with a persuasive and client-focused approach.
4.Solid understanding of website development, mobile applications, and digital marketing services.
5.Ability to work independently and meet monthly client acquisition targets.
6.Knowledge of Upwork’s algorithms, bidding strategies, and client engagement best practices.
