Responsibilities:
- Analyze civil infrastructure projects in the country and identify all key stakeholders involved along the complex value chain of a project (stages: overall planning, preliminary design, tender process, planning & design, construction, operations & maintenance).
- Utilize public info and personal networks to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
- Coordinate internally between design, sales, and marketing to achieve the desired specification leads and targets as per the company’s vision.
- Visit key consultants that have PAN India presence for various civil infrastructure projects in the sectors of Highways, Railways, Ports, Airports, Industrial, Landfill & Minng to conduct product demonstrations.
- Stand as the preferred point of contact for consultants for geosynthetic solution providers at every stage of projects (mainly prior to tender close but also after project award) and promote a professional image.
- Plan regular touchpoints with various consultants to master the project pipeline.
- Identify solutions adapted to markets and projects, with differentiated offers and complex offerings (specifically with tailored-made services).
- Follow and animate the development process: tender receipt, proposal, and handover to sales.
- Track civil infrastructure development activities and efforts at the country level (e.g., number of visits, number of specified projects, total sales).
- Assist in lobbying activities where appropriate.
*Desired Qualification: B. Tech - Civil Engineering / M.Tech - Civil Engineering
*Experience required: 5-10yrs into Specification/sale of road construction projects
