Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure while achieving targeted recruitment lead times.
- Enhance recruitment effectiveness through AI-enabled sourcing, internal talent databases, campus hiring, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Improve offer acceptance and conversion rates through proactive candidate engagement.
- Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives by ensuring gender-balanced hiring and increasing hiring of Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives through wellness programs, CSR activities, learning interventions, and team engagement events.
- Conduct Stay Interviews, Skip-Level Meetings, and HR Connect (HR 101) sessions to identify and address employee concerns.
- Monitor employee attrition trends and implement targeted retention strategies using early warning indicators.
- Drive career development initiatives by promoting career path adoption and facilitating Internal Job Postings (IJP).
- Plan and execute employee recognition programs, including service milestone celebrations and peer/client recognition.
- Conduct 90-day and 180-day employee feedback surveys and ensure timely closure of action plans.
- Organize monthly departmental meetings and publish HR dashboards with key workforce metrics.
Business Partnering
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce requirements and provide strategic HR support.
- Measure and improve stakeholder satisfaction through periodic feedback and annual HOD satisfaction surveys.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
HR Operations
- Ensure smooth onboarding by completing employee documentation, background verification (BGV), HRMS creation, and KRA updates within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS and ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and organizational HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain complete and accurate HR documentation and records for audit readiness.
- Support internal and external HR audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor and report HR metrics, including recruitment lead time, offer conversion, attrition, retention, engagement, ESAT, and DEI hiring.
- Prepare HR dashboards and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- Track progress of HR initiatives against agreed timelines and recommend continuous improvements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
