About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our Sales team in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with business development activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales operations, client communication, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Support lead generation activities through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist in customer relationship management and client communication.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
