About the Role
3CAS Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Tracking & Operations Monitoring Executive to oversee real-time vehicle tracking, daily kilometer monitoring, and operational performance across all NCR hubs. The ideal candidate should have experience in fleet monitoring, GPS tracking systems, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the real-time movement of EV fleet vehicles through GPS tracking platforms.
- Track and maintain daily vehicle running (total kilometers covered per vehicle per day).
- Prepare and update daily fleet utilization and movement reports.
- Monitor vehicle availability, route adherence, idle time, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with drivers and field teams regarding vehicle status and operational issues.
- Ensure timely updates of vehicle movement across all NCR hubs.
- Identify route deviations, delays, and operational bottlenecks and report them to management.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle trips, running kilometers, and operational performance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to fleet operations.
- Coordinate with hub managers and operations teams to ensure smooth fleet movement and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet tracking, vehicle monitoring, logistics operations, or transportation management.
- Hands-on experience with GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.
- Good knowledge of vehicle movement tracking and logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EV logistics, e-commerce logistics, or transportation companies.
- Knowledge of route planning and fleet utilization metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
