Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead service operations, maintenance activities, troubleshooting, customer support, and service teams. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, team management skills, and experience in handling service contracts and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HVAC service and maintenance operations.
- Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Plan preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer complaints.
- Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues.
- Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC).
- Prepare service schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and technical audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and procurement requirements.
- Support project handover and commissioning activities.
- Track service KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
- Train and develop service team members.

- Proven experience in managing service teams and customer accounts.

- Knowledge of HVAC industry standards and safety regulations.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
