- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize data workflows and improve pipeline efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align data engineering efforts with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Airflow, AWS Glue.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Glue.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and orchestration.
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes for large-scale data environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Airflow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
