Position: Store Manager – Retail (Garments)
Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: Across Assam | Extensive Travel Required (Approx. 80%)
Role Overview:
B.S. Retail is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to take charge of multiple garment retail outlets across Assam. The role demands a hands-on professional who can ensure smooth store operations, drive sales performance, and maintain consistent standards across locations while being comfortable with frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of multiple garment stores and ensure efficiency across all locations
- Drive sales targets and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Lead, supervise, and support store teams to achieve operational excellence
- Manage inventory levels, stock transfers, and overall merchandise flow
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Address operational challenges promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in retail/store management preferred (garment sector will be an advantage)
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Assam (approx. 70%)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
