Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Manager – Horticulture with expertise in Indoor Landscaping to oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of indoor plantscapes across corporate offices, commercial buildings, and other indoor environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring healthy plant growth, aesthetic presentation, vendor coordination, and team management while maintaining high standards of horticultural practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise indoor landscaping operations across assigned locations.
- Plan, design, and execute indoor plant arrangements and green décor concepts.
- Ensure proper maintenance of indoor plants including watering, pruning, fertilization, pest control, and replacement of plants as required.
- Monitor plant health and implement preventive and corrective horticultural measures.
- Coordinate with Client for the maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards for indoor landscapes.
- Develop maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution by the horticulture team.
- Manage inventory of plants, tools, fertilizers, and horticulture materials.
- Prepare reports related to plant maintenance, replacement, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company guidelines.
- Train and guide horticulture staff on plant care techniques and best practices.
- Support sustainability and green initiatives within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Landscaping, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in horticulture with hands-on exposure to indoor landscaping projects.
- Knowledge of indoor plant species, plant nutrition, pest management, and landscape aesthetics.
- Experience in managing landscaping teams and vendors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and operational activities efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in indoor tropical plants and decorative landscaping.
- Understanding of irrigation systems and indoor environmental conditions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building concepts will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
