Looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of a fast-growing recruitment and staffing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Visit offices and businesses to introduce the company's recruitment and staffing services.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals and decision-makers.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM or lead tracker.
- Support digital outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and willing to meet clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹9,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
