About Raahat Services
Raahat Services is a growing Direct Selling Agent (DSA) specializing in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other financial products through leading banks and NBFCs. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our branch operations and loan processing activities across Kolkata, Patna, and Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process customer loan applications and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, sales teams, and customers for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain and update customer records, MIS reports, and CRM systems.
- Track loan applications from login to disbursement.
- Follow up with lending partners regarding approvals, queries, and payouts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry and document management.
- Handle file management, document scanning, and record maintenance.
- Resolve discrepancies in documentation and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to branch teams.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Back Office, Banking Operations, Loan Processing, DSA, or NBFC sector.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services.
- Knowledge of Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and LAP products.
- Familiarity with CRM and MIS reporting.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
