Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our Sales & Business Development team as Interns. This role provides hands-on experience in field sales, customer interaction, market development, and business development across our range of Solvents, Chemicals, Ayurveda, and other products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn about company products and sales processes from experienced Sales Associates.
- Identify and approach potential customers with guidance from the sales team.
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate sales leads and support business development activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and distributors.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Maintain customer data and assist in preparing sales reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- Any Graduate with an interest in Sales & Business Development.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
