Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Specialist to promote and demonstrate our automobile products. The candidate will be responsible for explaining vehicle features, supporting the sales team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and technology to customers
- Conduct detailed product presentations and test drive demonstrations
- Compare different models and variants to help customers choose the right vehicle
- Stay updated on new vehicle launches, features, pricing, and competitors
- Assist the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information
- Maintain customer database and follow up on leads
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of automobile features and specifications
- Customer relationship management
- Negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic MS Excel knowledge (sales reporting)
- Teamwork and target-oriented mindset
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Experience in automobile sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
