We are looking for a responsible and skilled English Tutor who can train students in spoken English, grammar, workplace communication, interview skills, and confidence building.
Job Role
- Improve students’ English communication skills for professional work environments.
- Conduct spoken English, grammar, communication, and personality development sessions.
- Train students for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace communication.
- Support students from basic level, especially those who are not confident in English.
- Make classes practical, interactive, simple, and useful for real job situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English, spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, and communication classes.
- Train students for interviews, self-introduction, group discussions, presentations, and workplace communication.
- Improve students’ reading, writing, listening, speaking, confidence, and professional behavior.
- Track student progress, conduct tests/mock interviews, and provide extra support when needed.
- Maintain attendance and performance records while creating a positive and practical learning environment.
Required Skills
- Strong English communication skills with good grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
- Ability to teach English in a simple way and train students from basic level.
- Good presentation, classroom management, and student handling skills.
- Ability to conduct speaking practice, group activities, mock interviews, and soft skill sessions.
- Patience, confidence-building ability, basic computer knowledge, and Malayalam knowledge will be an advantage.
Experience Required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in English teaching, spoken English, communication, soft skills, or placement training is preferred.
- Experience in schools, colleges, training institutes, skill development centers, or placement programs will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong communication and teaching skills may also be considered.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in English, Communication, Education, Linguistics, or related fields is preferred.
B.Ed., TEFL, TESOL, IELTS training experience, soft skills certification, or spoken English training certification will be an added advantage.
Candidates with strong English communication skills and practical training experience may also be considered, even without additional certification
