The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
Communication Management Draft, review, and distribute internal and external communications. Act as a liaison between executives and department heads.
Meeting Coordination Organize board meetings, leadership reviews, and departmental briefings. Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
ERP & Documentation Ensure requisitions, approvals, and documentation are properly tracked in ERP systems to support HR and operations.
Confidentiality & Compliance Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Project Assistance Support cross-functional projects, track progress, and provide executive updates.
Event & Workforce Coordination Assist in organizing company-wide events, training sessions, and workforce engagement activities.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in manufacturing or large-scale operations.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
