Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target driven Sales Executive to promote and sell automobile lubricants and related automotive products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate sales of automobile lubricants, engine oils, greases, and related products.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, workshops, garages, and retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to expand the customer base and increase product penetration.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide product information, technical support, and after-sales assistance.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow ups to generate repeat business.
Market Development
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion in the assigned territory.
- Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback reports.
- Monitor collections and coordinate with customers for timely payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 1–5 years of sales experience in automobile lubricants, automotive products, FMCG, or industrial products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
