Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Active Tele-Counseling: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from leads provided by the academy.
- Lead Conversion: Effectively communicate our course benefits, understand student needs, and convert inquiries into final admissions.
- Student Counseling: Guide walking-in and telephonic inquiries by explaining our curriculum, fee structures, and career opportunities clearly.
- Data Management: Maintain a flawless, updated record of all calls, follow-ups, and student databases.
- Follow-up Mastery: Regularly follow up with warm leads to ensure high enrollment rates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Tech Skills: Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Mindset: Patient, convincing, and highly motivated by conversion goals.
