About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Operations & MIS) to monitor and analyze the performance of our two branches. The ideal candidate should be strong in Excel, reporting, and business analysis, and should be able to prepare accurate reports that help management make better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
- Analyze branch-wise sales, service, and revenue performance.
- Monitor vehicle inward, work progress, pending jobs, and deliveries.
- Track Service Advisor and Technician performance.
- Analyze accessories and spare parts sales.
- Create dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI (Preferred).
- Present business reports to management.
- Identify areas to improve productivity and profitability.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain business records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA / BCA or equivalent).
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, Business Analysis, or Operations Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Candidates from Madurai are preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot for data analysis and report preparation.
- Ability to create professional reports, dashboards, charts, and business insights using AI tools.
- Power BI knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present clear business reports and recommendations to management.
