Key Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Query large, complex databases to extract, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data for analysis.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence (BI) dashboards and automated reports for key stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in user behavior, operational performance, or market dynamics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics.
- Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms.
- Strategic Insights: Translate data findings into clear, concise business recommendations and present insights to non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar quantitative role.
- SQL Mastery: Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, subqueries, aggregations) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with modern BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Programming Languages: Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling is highly desirable.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present technical findings to business stakeholders.
