Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to build and expand Citiart's corporate interiors business. The role will be responsible for identifying workplace opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and converting opportunities into design-build projects.
The ideal candidate understands the commercial interiors ecosystem and can engage CXOs, Admin Heads, Facility Teams, Project Management Consultants, Architects, and Corporate Real Estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for office interior design and build projects.
- Identify companies planning office expansion, relocation, consolidation, or workplace upgrades.
- Build relationships with:
- Founders
- CXOs
- Administration Heads
- Facilities Managers
- Procurement Teams
- Workplace Strategy Teams
- Corporate Real Estate Leaders
Pipeline Development
- Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct prospecting through:
- LinkedIn
- Networking events
- Industry associations
- Broker relationships
- Channel partners
- Corporate referrals
Client Meetings
- Conduct discovery meetings.
- Understand client workplace requirements.
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams for proposals.
- Present Citiart's capabilities and project experience.
Opportunity Conversion
- Manage RFQs and RFPs.
- Prepare commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations and contract closure.
- Drive revenue targets.
Ecosystem Development
Build relationships with:
- Commercial real estate consultants
- Leasing advisors
- IPCs
- Architects
- PMCs
- Facility management firms
- Channel partners
Market Intelligence
Track:

Required Skills & Experience
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
