About the Role
Silverspace Technologies is hiring US Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Ahmedabad. We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals who can handle end-to-end US recruitment for IT and Non-IT requirements.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic screening
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates for feedback and onboarding
- Maintain candidate database in ATS/CRM
- Work on Contract, C2H, and Full-Time requirements
- Meet daily/weekly submission targets
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good understanding of recruitment process
- Basic knowledge of US staffing is preferred
- Comfortable working in night shift
- Strong sourcing and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset

Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience
- Freshers can apply
- 0–3 years of experience in US Recruitment / US Staffing preferred
Knowledge Required
Understanding of:
W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC
