Support Analyst:
The ideal associate should have 5 to 7 years of experience. Should have Java knowledge and willing to work in a production support environment. knowledge on Unix, shell scripting would be added advantage.
Strong communication skills and good logical reasoning are essential.
The candidate must be willing to work in a 24x7 production support role.
