The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing financial advice, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
We are seeking an energetic professional who can contribute towards building our secured Lending Business.
As Relationship manager, you will set-up Money view’s offline secured lending business (Home Loans, LAP, Micro Lap, MSME LAP) across Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Delhi NCR Regions, driving disbursal growth through a hybrid of digital app leads and on-ground sourcing through Channel partners/ Real Estate Developers and doing disbursals through partnerships with Banks,NBFC, HFCs.
You will manage and develop a strong referral network to drive lead-to-disbursal efficiency. Build and manage relationships with multiple lending partners
This is a field-intensive, high-ownership role at the core of our distribution strategy.
- Own and deliver monthly disbursal targets for the city ( Cr)
- Drive lead conversion from App and open-market referrals
- Track and improve lead-to-login and login-to-disbursal funnel metrics
- Build and manage a network of local referral partners, brokers, and connectors
- Partner with local influencers, developers, and agents to widen lead funnel
- Work closely with bank/NBFC counterparts to drive file movement and disbursals
- Liaise with central ops, credit and product for escalations and TATs
- 1-3 years in secured lending (HL/LAP) with NBFC/HFC
- Exposure to on-ground channel management
- Prior experience in sales teams in secured lending business
