Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Pondicherry. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or customer support and be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Meet customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Follow company processes and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach.
