We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in construction projects and possess strong technical and site management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, site progress updates, and documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction best practices.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and site execution.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
