- Interact telephonically and via email with customers registered online in portal to understand well their business requirements
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain relationships and retain customers.
- Maintain a detailed database of client information and interactions
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Experienced in sales function, preferably business to business sales
- Experienced in convincing clients to conclude a sale
- Highlight the key features of the portal and encourage customers to try the features.
- Coordinate with the back-end team as required to deliver the services
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, work independently and with little supervision and complete assigned tasks successfully
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity adhere to company policy and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor
- Any other tasks assigned by the Manager/ Operations within the broad scope of the business operation.
- Collaborate with the others team to develop strategies for growth
- Willing to travel customer end
