Key responsibilities:-
- Assist in onboarding new customers and understanding business processes
- Support ERP implementation (data setup, user configuration, workflow mapping)
- Deliver training on Borg Desk Workplace modules
- Track product usage and promote better adoption
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain documentation (call logs, reports, FAQs, support queries)
- Collect customer feedback and build long-term relationships
- Help clients use automation and MIS reports effectively
- Participate in weekly review meetings to meet project timelines
Skills required:-
- Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, etc.)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to learn software quickly and explain concepts simply
- Logical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset and patienceTeam collaboration and accountability
