Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, sales, and visibility for our garments business. You’ll handle both B2B dealer network + B2C/D2C online + offline retail marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Brand & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns for seasonal launches, festive sales, EOSS
- Manage brand positioning for men’s/women’s/kids wear across price segments
- Create product catalogs, lookbooks, and merchandising material with design team
- Plan offline activations: store displays, hoardings, mall events, exhibition stalls
2. Digital Marketing & D2C Growth
- Own performance marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer collabs for online sales
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube content calendar for reels, posts, stories
- Drive website/app traffic, track ROAS, CAC, conversion rates via Shopify/WooCommerce
- Coordinate with marketplaces: Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Amazon for visibility & deals
3. B2B & Dealer Marketing
- Support 50-200 dealer network with marketing kits, posters, dealer meets
- Plan schemes for distributors, retailers - margins, display contests, incentives
- Visit key markets: Koti, Secunderabad, Abids wholesale + tier-2 cities for market feedback
- Analyze competitor pricing, new designs, schemes in garments wholesale markets
4. Sales Enablement & Analytics
- Track SKU-wise sales data, identify fast-moving vs slow-moving designs
- Give inputs to design/merchandising team on trends, colors, prints based on data
- Monthly reporting: campaign ROI, footfall vs conversion, online vs offline sales split
- Manage marketing budget of ₹5L - ₹50L per season and optimize spends
5. Team & Vendor Management
-Lead team of 2-5: graphic designer, social media exec, photographer
-Handle agencies: ad agency, photographers, models, printing vendors
-Coordinate with sales, production, and retail store teams for launch plans
Education / Qualification
1. Education: MBA Marketing / BBA / Graduate with strong experience
2. Experience: 3-7 years in apparel, fashion, retail, or FMCG marketing mandatory
3. Skills: Performance marketing, brand management, dealer handling, trend spotting
4. Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Excel, Shopify basics
5. Knowledge: Garment fabrics, seasons, sizing, MRP vs dealer price structure
