Senior Site Engineer — HSR Ventures
HSR Ventures is delivering one of the finest commercial & residential projects in Hyderabad, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to take charge on the ground.

About the Role
As a Senior Site Engineer, you'll take a leading role in planning, coordinating, and delivering project activities from start to finish. Working closely with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors, and clients, you'll oversee technical documentation, quality assurance, and cost control. Your expertise and leadership on site will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, upholding our commitment to quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and management of quality project items.
- Conduct on-site quality inspections of earthworks, concrete pours, structural installations, and other civil components.
- Maintain detailed records of all inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction specifications, and material approvals to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all construction documentation is current, including as-built drawings, quality records, and project reports.
- Provide progress reports and quality compliance updates to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
- Liaise daily with the Construction Manager and Site Supervisors to ensure project programs are met.
- Drive general construction coordination and supervision to ensure delivery aligns with company standards.
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and construction methods meet project requirements.
- Manage the RFI (Request for Information) process, ensuring design clarifications and updates are communicated effectively.
- Coordinate design with trades, clients, and consultants.
- Procure materials as required to suit project requirements.
- Support the Project Manager and Contract Administrator in completing the project in line with contract documentation, company standards, and procedures.
- Champion onsite safety and environmental control by ensuring compliance
- Stop unsafe or incorrect work practices whenever identified.
Skills & Experience
- Relevant qualification in Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years' experience in civil or construction engineering, with a strong focus on quality assurance and compliance.
- Proven knowledge of construction specifications.
- Experience leading or supervising teams
- Strong practical knowledge of earthworks, concrete structures, foundations, structural steel installations, post-tensioning systems, and major concrete pours.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
