Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Architecture & Design Delivery to build and lead a high-performing Architecture and Engineering organization supporting U.S.-based projects.
This strategic leadership role will be responsible for scaling multidisciplinary teams, establishing technical standards, driving design excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality architectural documentation aligned with U.S. construction and design practices.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive experience in architectural design, construction documentation, global delivery models, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a multidisciplinary Architecture and Engineering team.
- Establish architectural standards, QA/QC processes, and documentation protocols.
- Oversee design development and construction documentation for complex building projects.
- Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with U.S.-based design teams.
- Drive adoption of digital design tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Mentor and develop future design leaders and technical teams.
- Establish training frameworks, competency models, and career progression plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 10+ years of professional Architecture experience.
- Proven experience leading large Architecture and/or Engineering teams (50+ members preferred).
- Strong experience supporting U.S.-based architectural projects.
- Deep understanding of construction documentation and building systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience building and scaling design delivery organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
