Profile Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Strategic Operation Executive who can contribute to organizational growth through operational management, strategic coordination, market research, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, planning, and management skills along with an understanding of the research and publication industry.
The candidate will play a key role in supporting branding, operational execution, research-driven decision-making, publication coordination, and strategic business operations across departments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute operational and strategic activities to support business growth and organizational development.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow, effective communication, and timely execution of projects.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Support research and publication-related activities including documentation, coordination, reporting, and operational assistance.
- Contribute innovative ideas for branding, promotions, business development, and publication strategies.
- Assist management in strategic planning, operational decision-making, and process improvement initiatives.
- Handle coordination between operations, marketing, management, and publication teams.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure proper follow-ups, execution, and reporting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, operational documents, and research-based insights for management review.
- Manage professional communication with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth implementation of organizational processes, operational strategies, and publication support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Operations, Research, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in operations, coordination, strategic management, research, or publication-related work.
- Knowledge of the research and publication industry will be preferred.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and planning abilities.
- Basic understanding of branding, operations, strategic management, and marketing.
- Ability to conduct research analysis and prepare professional reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, and strategic mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
