Key responsibilities include generating daily/monthly reports, maintaining database integrity, and utilising advanced Excel (pivot, macros, VLOOKUP) to ensure data accuracy.
Responsibilities
� Data Analysis & Reporting: Create daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards, reports, and MIS dashboards for stakeholders, focusing on accuracy.
� Data Management: Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from field operation to identify faults and anomalies.
� Outage Reconciliation: Reconcile Outages for Operator - mobile Towers with our resources and publish corrections.
� Workflow Automation: Automate manual reports to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
� Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various Opcos and Field team to gather data and present findings to management.
� Liaison/Application: Work with various Govt/Non Govt Bodies to liaison and apply online-offline as per need of customers.
� Tracking/Billing/Invoicing: Maintain Expenses incurred and track the same for billing and Invoicing to Customers. Prepare and submit invoices and keep track till payments of the same.
